Come and join our Tenant and Residents Partnership

Our Tenant and Residents AGM was held at Galeri, Caernarfon on 27 June. Our Partnership ensure that the opinion of tenants and residents are heard and considered when making decisions about the services we offer our customers.

The Partnership have had a busy year working with us on a number of important projects:

• the new website that will be launched in October
• the re-brand project
• our Corporate Plan for 2019 – 2022
• our rechargeable repairs policy
• review our Customer Participation Framework to ensure our customers can influence the Services you receive.

All our tenants and residents are welcome to join the Partnership, the meetings are held across the county, and we reimburse travel costs, can arrange taxis and provide a lunch and can cover child care costs to enable you to attend meetings.

The Partnership meetings gives people an opportunity to shape the services you received, as well as on opportunity to learn about the company and future plans.
