Ysgol Maesincla’s Summer Program

Over the summer, we have been leading a program of events and activities for the children of Ysgol Maesincla in Caernarfon.

The activities included sports, inter-national games, a smoothie workshop, a trip to Plas Menai and a trip on the Queen of the Sea.

Iwan Jones, Adra Community Warden, said: “It’s a privilege to be able to take part in this project. It was an honour to be able to work with the children over the summer and see them enjoying themselves. Many thanks to Sion, Non and everyone else involved in the project.”

The project has contributed towards a Social Value of £53,134.00.

Manon Gwynedd, Head of Ysgol Maesincla, said: “Ysgol Maesincla’s Summer Club was very successful this year.

“The children had a lot of new experiences and all of them enjoyed the activities organised for them. The parents have been sending messages of thanks for the provision. Thanks to Adra and all the staff, especially Non and Sion for their hard work.”

Thanks to all the partners for making this project a success.
