
Investments in our homes continues
As part of our Major Capital Investment Schemes, to date 1,376 properties have received works during the 2024/2025 financial year. These improvements cover both the inside and outside of our homes and include; energy, heating, adaptations, fire prevention, fencing and paving. Some of this work has been delivered by our dedicated Trwsio workforce, with the remainder carried out by trusted contractors.
So far significant external work has taken place in many communities, including Morfa Garreg (Pwllheli), Pensyflog (Porthmadog), Trem yr Wyddfa (Penygroes), Toronnen (Bangor), Dinas Mawddwy, Aberangell and Aberllefenni, Deiniolen and Glasinfryn, Trefor and Pontllyfni and Cibyn (Caernarfon).
Further Works will also be taking place around Hirael (Bangor), Rhosgadfan and Rhostryfan, Criccieth, Blaenau Ffestiniog, Dyffryn Ardudwy, Harlech and Talsarnau.
Between April – December 2024, there were 953 completed components. This work included kitchens, bathrooms, electrical, heating upgrades, walls, windows and doors, roofing, fencing, paths, loft insulation, adaptations, and battery systems.
