PROVIDING AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Achieve an average of over 90% customer satisfaction with our customer-facing services

By 2025 we will achieve:

  • Increas our customers’ satisfaction with our services Maintaining our

PROVIDING QUALITY HOMES TO BE PROUD OF

Build 750 new homes and Invest £60m in our existing homes

By 2025 we will:

  • Increase investment in existing homes
  • Increase the number of homes to over 7,500
  • Maintain compliance of our homes with safety requirements
  • Maintain compliance of our homes with Welsh Housing Quality Standards

DECARBONISING OUR HOMES

Undertake energy efficiency works on 1,000 of our homes

By 2025 we will achieve:

  • Reduce the overall carbon emissions from our homes
  • Increase our use of materials from sustainable sources
  • Increase levels of our inhouse workforce trained in green technologies
    and construction

SUPPORTING PEOPLE AND COMMUNTIES TO THRIVE

Help support 5,000 people to thrive

By 2025 we will achieve:

  • Increase the number of people we support into employment and training
  • Improve customers’ feeling of safety in their home and their neighbourhood
  • Improve the wellbeing and safeguarding of our customers
  • Improve our contact and support with customers and the surrounding community
