Following the planning approval last week, work planned to start in this summer.

Daniel Parry, Adra’s Director of Development and Assets said: “We are pleased that this development has been given planning permission, and we look forward to the work starting on the site.

“There is so much demand for affordable housing in Denbighshire and north Wales, which reflects the national picture. Adra has made a firm commitment in its Corporate Plan to build new homes that local people can be proud of, that are energy efficient, of high quality and affordable in terms of rent and heating costs.”

The aim is for the homes to be completed by spring 2027.
