Appointment reminder system

We are excited to announce the launch of a new automatic system to remind our tenants of their upcoming appointments.

The system will call tenants 14 days before their appointment, followed by another reminder 3 days prior.

The messages have been recorded in both Welsh and English, and the voice will be familiar to those who has previously called us on our 0300 123 8084 number.

The reminder calls will come from a 01248 phone number rather than our usual 0300 number.

If the call is not answered, the system will leave a voicemail and send a text message.

Our Customer Services Assistant Manager said: “We are excited to have this new system in place to be able to remind tenants of their upcoming appointments.

“We hope that having a system like this in place, will reduce the number of missed appointments.”
