Award for Customer Service Excellence

We at Adra have been awarded a Customer Excellence Standard award again this year.

After a recent assessment by the Centre of Assessment, we have received confirmation about continuing to reach the Customer Excellence Standard and therefore receiving this prestigious award again.

Gethin Armstrong, Customer Service Manager said:

“We are very proud of everyone at Adra for working hard to make sure we continue to give excellent customer service to our customers and for being awarded this Customer Service Excellence Award which shows that our efforts are being recognized.

“We also have received a + Accreditation for contacting our vulnerable tenants and keeping in touch with them to check they were ok during lockdown and for working in close partnership with the police to keep communities safe.”
