Bro Infryn development has been completed

Following their success in completing two developments in Garndolbenmaen and Blaenau Ffestiniog, the Trwsio workforce within Adra’s Assets and Development team have completed their third development – this time in Bro Infryn, Glasinfryn.

The development includes seven homes for local families, with five of the homes for social rent and two for intermediate rent.

The work was supported by the local contractors; John Kelly Construction Services, Lowfields Timer Frames Ltd, Dyffryn Heating, Anglesey Solar, MW Plastering, Datrys Consulting Engineers and Dewis Architecture, along with others.

Steffan Evans, Adra’s Commercial Manager, said: “We are delighted to see the results of hard work here in Bro Infryn. This project reflects our commitment to providing high quality homes that meet local needs.”

Elliw Owen, Adra’s Senior Development Project Manager, added: “We are extremely proud to be able to provide quality homes for local people, there is so much demand for affordable housing in Gwynedd which reflects the national picture.

“All the houses on the development have been built to an excellent standard with an energy performance certificate (EPC) of A, with solar panels and heated with Air Source Heat Pumps.

The project was partially funded through the Welsh Government’s Social Housing Grant, through Gwynedd Council’s Affordable Housing Development Programme, ensuring that these new homes meet the current and future needs of local residents.
