Have your say on our plans for the future

We would like tenants and the public to have their say on what should be included in our next Corporate Plan, which will guide the priorities for the business over the next five years.

The current corporate plan’s priorities are around providing an excellent customer experience, providing quality homes to be proud of, decarbonising homes, supporting people and communities to thrive and strengthening the business. That plan comes to an end at the end of March 2025, to be replaced with the new plan, which will include the priorities from 2025-2030.

We are inviting people to have their say on how important issues like:

  • energy efficiency
  • repairs in the home
  • community/home safety
  • financial advice
  • skills/ training.

Iwan Trefor Jones, our Chief Executive, said: “It’s important that we encourage tenants and our partners to share their views and have their say on how we develop the business, what our priorities should be and how we champion the needs of people and communities.

“We want to make a real difference to the quality of people’s lives and address those issues that are important to our communities. We want to deliver a consistently great experience for our customers and be a progressive and inclusive organisation people want to work with and for”.

“Feedback from the consultation will then be considered as the Plan is developed later this year”.

Questionnaires are being sent out to tenants through text. People can also have their say by completing a survey online.
