Investing in our homes in St Asaph

We are responsible for providing homes on a one-room flat basis at The Old Palace in St Asaph. We have recently carried out investment work there.

We understand how important our customers’ homes are. We also understand how important it is that we continue to invest and spend on the houses we have as well as build new quality houses to meet the local housing need. The work completed on the Old Palace in St Asaph, Denbighshire includes:

• Putting a new roof on the original Old Palace
• Updating the windows
• Re-lay stones to tidy up
• Re-establishing the chimney horn

The installation of windows is currently taking place and we are proud to be working with contractors, Claytons, to ensure work of a high standard. Keeping the pound local and contributing to the local economy is important to us. This is why we work with local contractors who also give back to our community through our social value scheme.
