    Adra Academy will run a training program for Adra Tenants, with a specific focus on becoming a Board Member.

    It’s interesting, builds skills, and could help you join a Board or voluntary group to make a difference in communities.

  • July Construction Course

    Are you over 16 years of age and looking to gain experience within the construction industry?

    Academi Adra’s popular Construction course is back, where you can gain experience and training.

    • Course starts Monday, 8th July
    • Location – Tŷ Gwyrddfai, Penygroes, LL54 6DB

    The course includes a week of work experience and all the personal equipment required to work on-site – all for free!

    The course will start on Monday 08/07/24 for two weeks at Tŷ Gwyrddfai, Penygroes, LL54 6DB.

    How does it work?

    Step 1 – Register for our Construction  Course, where you will receive a week of training delivered by Grŵp Llandrillo Menai, which will focus on the construction skills required in the workplace. The course will start on Monday 08/07/24  at Tŷ Gwyrddfai, Penygroes.

    Step 2 – You will have the opportunity to gain unpaid administration work experience for a week with us at Adra or with one of our partners.

    Step 3 – Everyone that completes the two weeks will have the opportunity to apply for a paid work placement. If you’re invited for an interview, and you’re successful, you will be placed with Adra or with one of our partner organisations for your 16-week paid placement.
