Plas Hedd Residents benefiting from our Community Investment Fund
Plas Hedd were the successful applicants in this round of our Community Investment Fund. The fund is a chance for communal or voluntary groups to receive grant funding of up to a £1,000. The grant funding will hopefully improve our communities and the lives of our residents.
Plas Hedd is in the middle of Maesgeirchen, they can accommodate 28 residents and work closely with the local community. Local Councillor Nigel Pickavance applied on behalf of the home to receive funding to but more games and equipment for the residents. Many residents live with dementia, board games are a great way to keep the mind active.
