Criteria

Priority 1

Must have a permanent home or close family in the Llay Community Council area for one year preceding occupation or in full time employment within Llay Community Council area for a period of 6 months preceding proposed occupation .

If you have previously lived or have close family in the Llay Community Council area for a continuous period of 5 years or previous employment within Llay Community Council area for a period of 5 years

Priority 2

As priority 1, but these additional areas will also be considered

• Gwersyllt
• Rosset
• Gresford Community Council Areas

Priority 3

If no applicant qualifies in priority 1 or 2 after 8 weeks we will open the applications to Wrexham County Borough Council Area.

Priority 4

If no applicant qualifies in Priority 3 within 12 weeks, then any other person who is (in the opinion of Adra or Council)  a person in Housing Need will be eligible to apply.
