TPAS Cymru launches its 5th Annual Tenant Pulse Survey

The survey focuses on affordable warmth, energy efficiency, and the journey towards Zero Net housing.

It is an opportunity for tenants to share their experiences and voice their opinion on issues that are most important to them – energy bills, affordable warmth.

Why is this survey important to you as an Adra tenant?

Last year, tenants from Adra provided invaluable insights that shaped housing discussions across Wales.

This year, the survey focuses on key areas such as Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and whether heating is affordable – essential questions for delivering homes that are truly energy efficient. These insights are vital in helping us, and the sector, progress toward Wales’ goal of achieving Net Zero housing.

This survey provides another opportunity to make sure tenants’ voices are the heart to creating homes that are warmer, greener, and more affordable.
