We’ve been awarded the highest possible award as a registered landlord

Every year the Welsh Government, who regulate registered social landlords like us, produce a judgement on how well we are governed and how our services are performing, and how financially viable we are.

We are pleased to say that again this year the regulators awarded us the highest possible judgement that can be provided for registered social landlords like us. This is called a ‘standard judgement.
