Work has started on new homes in Caernarfon

We will be providing 17 new homes  in Caernarfon. The work on the foundations has started on Cae’r Glyn site in partnership with a local contractor we have appointed, DU Construction. 

We’re responding to the housing situation in Gwynedd by providing affordable and social housing in order to meet the local housing need. We are working closely with Gwynedd Council on this scheme and others like it in Gwynedd. 

Our development program has seen significant growth and has grown in collaboration with local contractors such as DU Construction, supporting small and medium businesses and the local supply chain, contributing to the local economy. 

Daniel Parry, our Director of Development, said: 

“Adra is growing by building houses, creating jobs and opportunities across Gwynedd and north Wales. 

“We have been making a big effort to create and develop more houses at an affordable price to meet the local housing need in north Wales and specifically in Gwynedd.” 

There is also a mixture of social rent and intermediate rent houses and a community green space in the area.
