Working together on Abergele development to build new affordable homes

We have come together to revise plans for the Dol Gele development in Abergele to deliver a range of homes that meet local housing needs. 

We and Anwyl are working together to revise plans for the site and provide various new affordable homes options for the local area.

Build is currently underway at Dol Gele and the existing development has consent for 73 homes.  We hope to rework plans to replace a number of larger detached properties with smaller homes and take the total number to around 80. 

 The initial pre-application is complete and final plans for the revised development will be submitted soon.

  Iwan Trefor Jones, Deputy Chief Executive at Adra  said:
